These hours apply to telephone reception and in-person service at the address indicated above. The Site itself remains accessible at all times, subject to maintenance, technical constraints or interruptions beyond the Company's control. Hours may vary on statutory holidays.

The publication of the Site is placed under the responsibility of the management of Location Remorque Laval, acting as publication director for the content made available on the Site.

Any request concerning the content published on the Site — including a request for correction, clarification or removal — may be addressed to the publication director at the email address info@locationremorquelaval.ca or at the postal address indicated in Section 2. Such requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.

The Site is hosted on a dedicated server managed by the Company's technical provider, on the Company's behalf and under its instructions.

For security reasons, the technical addressing details of the hosting infrastructure (including any server IP address) are not disclosed in this notice. Any legitimate request concerning hosting may be addressed to the Company using the contact information in Section 3, and the Company will relay it to its technical provider where appropriate.

The Site and all of its components — including its structure, design, text, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, videos, databases, source and object code, and any other element made available on it (collectively, the "Content") — are the property of the Company or of its licensors, and are protected by the laws of Quebec and Canada and by applicable international treaties governing intellectual property.

The trade name, trademarks and logos appearing on the Site are protected. To the extent permitted by law:

• no Content may be reproduced, represented, copied, distributed, published, adapted, modified, translated or exploited, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the prior written authorization of the Company or the rights holder concerned;
• the mere fact of accessing or using the Site grants no licence or right of any kind over the Content, other than the right to consult it for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• any unauthorized use may engage the civil and, where applicable, criminal liability of the person responsible.

Nothing in this section limits any right that you may hold under a mandatory provision of law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company provides the Site and its Content on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the Site will be free of errors, omissions, interruptions or inaccuracies. • waives or reduces the legal warranty of quality and durability or any other mandatory protection to which a consumer is entitled under the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable legislation.

The mandatory rights of consumers and other users remain fully in force and are not affected by this notice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not operated by the Company. Such links are provided for convenience only. To the extent permitted by law, the Company exercises no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, availability, practices or policies of those third-party sites. Access to any linked site is at the user's own risk and is subject to the terms and policies of that site.

This Legal Notice, the Site and any use of it are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to any mandatory provision of law that grants a consumer the right to bring proceedings before another court, the parties agree that any dispute relating to the Site or to this notice shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Laval, Quebec, Canada.

This Legal Notice forms part of the legal framework governing the Site and should be read together with the Company's other policies published on the Site, including, as applicable:

• the Terms of Use of the Site;
• the Terms and Conditions of Sale for parts and accessories;
• the Rental Terms and Conditions for trailers, machinery, lifts and vehicles;

In the event of a conflict between this notice and any of the documents listed above concerning a matter specifically dealt with in one of them, the more specific document prevails for that matter, to the extent permitted by law.

The Company may update this Legal Notice at any time to reflect changes in its activities, its technical arrangements or applicable law. The version published on the Site is the version in force. Users are invited to consult this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the notice as amended, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers and other users.
